As a person who has used Skype since 1999 for remote collaboration on projects, I understand completely. I hate it when the person on the other side doesn't have a good enough internet connection to do voice chatting.
I used to travel to install software and get the users started. Loved it. Those aweful ads bragging about how 'NOW instead of going to Austrailia I can be at home with my family' pfft. BUT THEN, was born the TSA and I have avoided flying ever since (an ironic attempt at preserving of my sense personal liberty?)
