This is a contemporary comic "Devil Chef" that really captures the feel of sixties advertising. So it's entirely satirical and therefore less funny to me than when I thought it was a vintage ad.
Oh yes, the 'Ribbed for Xtra pleasure' should have given it away. And I don't know about anyone else, but to me this image actually makes a toothbrush in the colon look kind of enjoyable...
