Autopsy of an albatross
I was going to include this in the post above, but decided it deserved its own space. The video is not of a complete autopsy - just an examination of the stomach contents. The procedure recovers 4 pumice stones and several squid beaks (both normal); the rest is plastic debris.
It's not the plastic per se, it's the irresponsible use and disposal of it. As with your riparian post, the inescapable conclusion is that people are destroying the planet. We need fewer, more responsible people.
