There's really nothing inherently more bizarre about eating a squirrel than eating a pig or a cow. It just seems like a lot of work for such a small amount of meat.
This is an incredible video. I have nothing against eating squirrel, but she's...just too big a juxtaposition for me to take with a straight face.
