Many years ago I had schoolmates who chose careers in "medical illustration." In that era, most of the work was still imagery. This video shows examples of what now can be done - "XVIVOs award-winning animation studio creates compelling visual productions for pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech companies, advertising agencies, educational organizations, museums and broadcast companies."

AMAZING! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI want to watch everything they've ever put out. But with the science narration, not just the pictures.
ReplyDeleteComing soon? Google Body?
ReplyDeleteNoumenon,
I totally agree and I'll take that as one vote for a fully searchable, down to this same level, Google Body.
XVIVO does great stuff. Biovisions at Harvard has a nice collections of these. The best, I think, is the "Inner Life of the Cell" with the narration.

Excellent, though the one at the link seemed to have no narration.
ReplyDeleteI found the same clip at YouTube, so will embed it on my next blogging day.
Thank you.
On further search, found the one with narration. Thanx for the tip.
