"Blue Kentucky Girl"
A classic performance by the original "coal miner's daughter," Loretta Lynn ( a different performance of hers is here). The song was revitalized by Emmylou Harris in 1979, when she won a Grammy for the album with this title (which I still have in vinyl); a video of a very young Emmylou Harris singing this song is posted here, but embedding has been diabled.
Seeing video of Loretta Lynn often reminds me of what an amazing performance Sissy Spacek gave in the movie. Love 'em both.
