...while watching a funny show on British TV. This makes a loud thud which startles his downstairs neighbor. The neighbor, believing the man might have collapsed, calls the police.
The officers who arrived said the man was initially co-operative but became 'aggressive' when they asked his name, and he tried to shut his apartment door. They disabled him with pepper spray through the gap in the door, arrested him, stripped him naked and put him in a cell.
