Yeah, I'd seen that before, in connection with a certain brand of hard drives, I think. I'm not sure what the point is - if it's an anti-war statement or if they're actually concerned about liability if their product is used in that way, fails, and sets off WW3.
Similarly my renter's insurance specifically covers damage to my property caused by rioting but not insurrection or rebellion. It also covers conventional terrorist bombing but never nuclear explosions... go figure.
