This one formed by seven people, but since it appears that the back muscles have to be tensed to keep the midbody level, it doesn't really illustrate the principle of tensegrity.
a brick arch would rely on tensegrity, as would a triangle, there is some bad info on the wiki saying it was first used in 1980 in architecture building the olympic stadium
In fact to think about it, a dome would also use this same principle using gravity instead of fighting it, a very old practice in the art of architecture
