Addedum: I took the title from the link, but as A. Fischer points out in the comments, the lower two levels are Monet (Haystacks and Water Lilies).

    I may be wrong... but I believe only the top layer is Van Gogh (Starry Night).

    The other two are Monet's haystacks and Monet's water lily's I believe
