Advertised in National Geographic, this typewriter was capable of producing
two different fonts at any given time; the user could switch between them just by turning a dial.
The fonts included italics, "handwritten" script, and Cyrillic and other foreign lettering. It was also lightweight (aluminum) and portable.
This product was available to your grandmother.
