It's poking fun at the people who see pictures of the Virgin Mary or Jesus or other religious icons on toast or grilled cheese sandwiches or tortillas and stuff
just put some words into Google images and you'll see.
Actually, I think toast with some form of religious symbol burned into it is a better representation of "Atheist toast" in that its iconic markings give it a competitive advantage over other toasts by staving off would-be predators with perceived spiritual powers.
I'm sorry, but I don't get it. I realize I'm being a dunderhead (no doubt) but can someone explain this to me?
