Apparently this is for real. Nickelodeon has licensed their brand name to a rectal thermometer. It also is MUSICAL - it plays the SpongeBob Squarepants theme at the end of temperature taking. I'm have no idea what commentary to offer... the mind reels... must.. reach.. cabinet... find mind bleach...
