At 1:18, you'll hear "não acredito" in between some "nossa" (or rather noooooooossa), making it evident that it was filmed by a Brazilian group (or the camera was surrounded by Brazilians). "Nossa" is short for Virgin Mary, or Our Lady, in Portuguese BR.
We British don't have the same attitude to flags... They're a bit of cloth to most people. Really don't get the USA thing about them. Personally am more concerned when I see nazis & right wing rascist extremists wrapping their bullshit up in the Union Flag than I am about what happens to a particular flag. "You burned our flag? Oh, well... I can buy another."
To be fair, it didn't fall, it was blown down - all 3 flags are horizontal & obviously straining in the wind. I proably shouldn't have said that - some fundie will say it proves that God hates someone or something for some reason.
And at least the USA got the right flag... North Korea didn't!
