Inflation is coming, inflation is coming...


This is the graph from the St. Louis fed, showing the "Adjusted monetary base." The grey bars indicate recessions.

Look INSIDE that last gray bar for the 2008/2009 data.

    Wow, guess I had better buy that new flat screen soon while I can stll afford it! And with intrest rates so low, how is the Fed going to combat inflation? Pay people to borrow money?
