Superplexus circles

Here is a demonstration of SUPERPLEXUS CIRCLES, a 24" diameter commission for a private collector. Playtime is about an hour for a player to get to the end, if you don't fall off! CIRCLES is meant to be challenging, though doable. It was my second private commission and was lots of fun to make from birch aircraft plywood, acrylic, Jatoba, and stainless steel. Filmed and edited by Angelica Tercero.
When I was young, our family had a toy called "Labyrinthspiel," which was a two-dimensional tilting maze.  This seems to be a 3-D equivalent on steroids.

  1. FYI, there's a small, cheap, plastic, but still fun version of this sold as Perplexus.

  2. Yep, Perplexus. Anonymous beat me to it. Amazon sells at least three different models of various challenge ratings.

  3. Perplexus makes me want to tear my fingers apart joint by joint for being so USELESS! It's super fun ;)
