I realized my company valued money over blood the first time the pointy headed idiot told us to use the verbiage: "non-passive failure" instead of "explode". For our products it meant suddenly leaving our customers in the dark while bullistic scalding hot glass fragments with mercury on them are burning and/or blinding them... Apparenlty they are safe enough because, hey, they are UL approved (when you read and follow the instructions). I don't work there anymore.
