To fight obesity, serve thicker chips!!
Owners of fish and chips shops in Britain are being encouraged to make their chips thicker, because thicker ones contain "fewer calories and less fat" (per unit weight, one would assume). Details at the Telegraph.

We make our own chips in the oven, and they are great. NO extra fat.
