When I searched the 'net with TinEye, the only match I found was here - http://community.livejournal.com/chto_chitat/5331931.html where the photo is used as an avatar, but I don't think that's the person's real photo. The woman looks like a professional model to me. Perhaps it came from an advertisement about hair or shampoo...
