That is quite moving for some reason. I can't explain it in words.
Maybe I can't explain in it words either, but here goes..Look at those rear "legs"! That looks (kind of) like a human baby wearing a ray costume. So that's why it's moving...that water baby shows the kinship of all earthly life.
