Biden: "I'm going to beat Joe Biden"

This latest "senior moment" occurs at the 10:10 mark in this CNBC interview.

Personally, I cannot accept that Donald Trump and Joe Biden represent the two persons most qualified to be President of the United States.  It is apparent to me that both parties (party voters and party leadership) have opted to put up the candidate they think is most likely to win, not the candidate who is most qualified to lead this country in a time of major crisis.  Tragic.

Addendum:  A more sympathetic interpretation is that what he meant to say was "I'm going to BE Joe Biden."
