The mouth parts of a tick

  1. Oh-- oh god-- my years spent in mortal fear of ticks-- they're returning to me full-force!

  2. After coming down with a bullseye rash over the summer and finding out that it was the characteristic Lyme rash (which warranted 3 weeks of antibiotics and hopefully no more!), this picture intrigues me in a pretty morbid way. Thank you again for your blog. :)
