Mooning Amtrack
There's so much going on in the world. Without the internet, you might never learn about such cultural events as ... a mass "mooning" of an Amtrack passenger train.
It began in 1979 with a handful of people winning a bar bet, and has occurred annually on the second Saturday of July ever since. This year the police closed it down when 8,000 people showed up and some became too rowdy. Prior to that it appears to have been a good-natured annual prank.
Story found at Nothing to do with Arbroath, where you can also click on a YouTube video (lighthearted and safe for work.)
The one-page website for the event is at moonamtrack.org.
