I guessed it was gonna be B because they were all boy scout symbols (B being a campfire), but then I went with A figuring it was going to be something about boobies.
I agree with Ambuj, it's about reflection and the next diagram would be A. And the one after that would be 111 (using Arial type though not Times New Roman). Do you know this one... What comes next? 1 11 21 1211 ......... ......... etc
Nice one, Rodrigo! That works, too! I have a slightly different approach though because my fourth series is 111221, fifth series is 312211 and so on. Your solution is neat though!

Yeah the answer is definitely A.. and I think Mieke's sequence goes like this: 1, 11, 21, 1211, 1231, 131221, 132231, 232221, 134211...
