From the always-interesting APOD (
Astronomy Picture of the Day) site, this image of the pattern produced by stars rotating around Polaris during prolonged exposure.
The photo above looks like a movie, but it's only a screencap because I couldn't find the code to embed the video. The video was made by compiling 1000 still photos, and is worth seeing; it's available at
