Looks like a great idea really but I can't see U.S. manufacturers going along with it here in the U.S. given the often dismal state of public toilets at the supermarket. It also exposes the promises of the product to reality checking before they get a sale.
And what pray tell is that contraption between the seat & the paper?
I think it's a rail to help the disabled.
