Apparently I've been wrapping tortillas wrong

  1. Rice? Absolutely not. Pinto beans, NOT black beans, ever! Chihuahua cheese, or Monterrey Jack in a pinch. Folding the ends is for amateurs. Bot most importantly, and what no one seemed to mention, is that you MUST warm the tortilla. Otherwise, they WILL crack open. In a cast iron skillet is best, turning several times. If you are in a hurry, 30 seconds in the microwave will work.
