Self-imposed pressure to conform
For all of its silliness, the old television program "Candid Camera" did have some inspired moments. The 2-minute segment above illustrates how people in an elevator respond to the behavior of others; one wonders if the same responses would be elicited today.

interesting - that is one of the Candid Camera episodes that I have always remembered (or one like it - if they repeated that trick)
