That is a lapidarists dream! That is a valuable stalactite! That stone is fairly easy to work with. Sadly, i would probably slice it up and make beautiful jewelry. My opinions have changed and i don't have the equipment anymore, but that is beautiful.
We used to have these when we went on holiday as kids, they were called rock and had the name of the holiday town written inside, encircling a picture of a church or the like. Detrimental to the health of our teeth, nearly 100% sugar and hard as ... well, rock.
