What do you use to catch a dragon ?

For anyone wondering what humor was like in the 1950s, may I present... Mr. Stan Freberg.  If you like it, see also Little Blue Riding Hood.

  1. I loved it! Reminded me of the Fractured Fairy Tales on Bullwinkle!

  2. We also have Mr. Freberg to thank for, among other things, humorous commercials. Not many of us were alive to see it in its original run (so to speak) but the Sunsweet Prunes commercial with the tagline, "Today the pits, tomorrow the wrinkles" is a classic.

    I've also got you on a 412.
    412? What's a 412.

  4. We had this on VHS taped off the TV ~25+ years ago - I never realized it was an audio play that had been stop-motioned... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HT3QYb7AN6k
