i could not find a similar image for a jar of peanut butter, but this is close = https://wakethewolves.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/wakethewolves-sugarcomparison-3.jpg = 3/4 tspn sugar in 2 Tbspn peanut butterp.s. i make my own 'Peanutella' by mixing 1 or 2 heaping tspn of cocoa powder into the peanut butter jar. same with 'Mapletella' - pour some maple syrup into the peanut butter jar and mix.I-)
