Interesting bookshelves
Minimizing color clashes in a color-neutral room, hiding reading preferences from curious visitors, or perhaps just a whim? Via the like-fairy-tales tumblr.
This would drive me nuts. It's an interesting aesthetic, but I've never seen books as merely decorative objects. I keep my library because I enjoy dipping into old favorites and not being able to find the one I wanted without emptying half the shelf each time...
I noticed something like this from a news report that had someone that had videoed in. Most people like to set up their computers in front of their book shelf. I noticed that this particular person had all his books backwards. My first thought is why is he hiding the books he reads.
