I don't know much about living with a colostomy but I have 50+ years experience with an ileostomy. I am appalled that anyone would flaunt their "bag" in public. An ostomy pouch is a container of shit after all. Would you like to see people walking around with a bag of shit hanging out in front? I don't think so.
Point well taken. I shall henceforth be ashamed to venture outside while in possession of my internal bag of shit. After all, I can't help that it's there.
