"Things You Wouldn't Know If We Didn't Blog Intermittently."
Wooow! McDonalds overload! But I found an interesting article that said that there is something else that has McDonalds beaten. Libraries! In the US, there are more libraries than Starbucks or McDonalds, which is a surprising but heartening bit of trivia. Here's the link if you're interested in reading the article. http://www.theatlanticcities.com/neighborhoods/2013/06/every-library-and-museum-america-mapped/5826/
Looks pretty extreme, but the M-logo/tag is far larger then the only visible city on the map.
True, but note the real number is still staggeringly large. This from the McDonalds UK website: "Within the UK, there are approximately 1200 restaurants"http://www.mcdonalds.co.uk/ukhome/whatmakesmcdonalds/questions/work-with-us/employee-diversity/how-many-mcdonalds-restaurants-operate-in-uk-and-worldwide.html
That's something like 1 per 55,000 people. The English must sure like burgers and fries (oops I mean chips).
