We received two packets in the mail from a concrete company in Pittsburgh - one that contained some stickers for a 'mountain apparel' company and the other a catalog for a clothing store in Chinatown NYC. I checked the USPS tracking numbers - the label was created but not in the system yet. So this looks like someone is spoofing the mailing address by using the concrete company address and then using fake mailing labels to mail those items for free?
Great discussion, especially about faking the pre-paid labels.
