The museum in Chads Ford is well worth the visit. Of course since I live less than 20 miles away I put it off for decades while traveling thousands of miles to museums I didn't enjoy as much. (slap forehead) xxoxoBruce
Fascinating story about two artists I like - N.C. and Andrew - Wyeth. As a kid, any book with illustrations by N.C. Wyeth was bound to be an interesting read, or at least worth looking through for the pictures. They seemed to show how I envisioned the characters. Andrew Wyeth - partly, I have always thought that he became famous riding the coattails of his family name. But, his art was always provocative, and influenced how and what I see and enjoy.
Great documentary. Thanks for posting!

Thank you for posting. Such a talented family.
ReplyDeleteIn high school I was fortunate enough to eat three meals per day beside a NC Wyeth mural: libraryarchives.standrews-de.org/archive/mural-n-c-wyeth
