The tree wasn't initially sawed down. The photo at 2:30 shows that someone made cuts in the trunk(s) with a saw. That could have been done in the night in a couple minutes with a chainsaw. It was probably sawed down by authorities for fear it would fall on someone.
How can it not be noticed,sawing the tree down? Something is missing here.
