"Bread" made from woven bacon

  1. Indeed the "bread" is low in carbohydrates. However, the peanut butter and bananas are high in carbohydrates (20g of carbohydrates per 100g of peanut butter and 27g of carbohydrates for a typical banana).

    Maintaining a ketogenic diet typically requires consuming less than 20g of carbohydrates so this sandwich will quickly put you on the path to a glucose catabolism.

  4. How did I miss this?!?! Minus the PB & 'nanas; add some lettuce, tomato and more bacon, with a slather of mayo ~ my DREAM sandwich!! And my future cardiologist's cash cow...
