Thanks for posting this, it was very informative. It is somewhat overwhelming to think about the immense distances and time scales that he discusses. And the fact that JWST can see multiple images of the same supernova because of how the light is affected by the gravity of objects in between is hard to comprehend. There is probably some theoretical physics that predicted this phenomena, but it is beyond my understanding.
