Here's Your Score: You correctly answered 12 out of the 12 possible questions, which means you did better on the quiz than 99% of the general public. I'm happy since I'm a news junkie.
Twelve for twelve here. And it only took me an average of 10 hours of blogging per day to reach this level of awareness! A small price to pay for such an awesome achievement. Ha!
What happened to Tony Blair? I also missed the Pakistan question, I said Neutral. I know that they have issues, but I didn't know it was considered unfriendly. Congrats to those who got so many correct.
10/12 - Missed the budget (*facepalm* - caught in poll doublethink) and the reported unemployment rate. I know the actual, but have no idea what the hell the government likes counting.
Still don't live in the US, so I'll count that as 1/2 a win.
I thought inflation was a bit higher and didn't realize so much of TARP had been paid back. Not bad for living in a little mountain town out in the wilderness and paying almost no attention to news or politics.
Surprised myself-I got them all right!
ReplyDeleteYup, got all twelve. Which one did you miss?
ReplyDeleteI'm Australian and got 9 right...
ReplyDelete12 for me! I am also curious which you missed... :)
ReplyDeletePercentage of TARP paid back.

ReplyDeleteI'm happy since I'm a news junkie.
I got 8 correct.
ReplyDeleteAnd that without a radio or TV and not being American.
I got all 12, but I had read some reporting on this and likely would have missed the operating system question if that hadn't been noted somewhere.
ReplyDeleteI missed the inflation rate question. But that was the only one!
ReplyDeleteI got all 12 -- but then again I have to know all of this for work :)
ReplyDeleteI'm happy enough with 96%.
ReplyDeleteI got eleven correct, but I had to lie about my age to get the results.
ReplyDeleteWell, our Weirmaraner got four right, as well as 45% of the public. Maybe we should run her as a Tea Party candidate...
ReplyDeleteAll 12. I guess being an NPR/BBC addict has its benefits!
ReplyDelete12 correct! NPR and internet addictions fuel my knowledge.

Got them all except the inflation rate question.
ReplyDeleteI got 11 which I don't think is bad given that I'm British and have only ever spent two weeks in the US!
ReplyDeleteI got 9 of 12, but then I don't live on your continent.
ReplyDeleteI got 7 of 12, but I don't live on your planet.
ReplyDeleteLGM

ReplyDeleteI need to check into rehab for news junkies.
