How to barbecue a cow's head



I should have posted this before the weekend of the 4th, for those of you needing something different to spice up the family cookout. It's a serious piece - not a joke - posted at the Houston Press food blog. You start off with 18 pounds of visually unattractive meat, and wind up with... well... as you see.
