I'm not surprised by the eagle's eating habits, because I have seen them harvesting roadkill along Minnesota rural roads, but the size of this ingestion is impressive.
Critters that don't chew, but rip off and swallow hunks of prey, must have digestive juices that would take chrome off a bumper.

Eagles, Owls and other birds of prey spit up pellets formed from the fur, bones and other parts of their food that can't be digested.
