McDonald's tortilla with use-by date. On the food.
From the discussion thread at Reddit, I gather this is real, but that it is laser-printed, not ink-printed and thus safe for consumption (though it should not have been distributed to the public).
That's not the grossest thing about eating a McDonald's snack wrap.
ReplyDeleteI used to carefully cut off dates printed on cheese until I was informed that they were printed with grape juice
ReplyDeleteSeems as though the tortilla could have been wrapped with the edible date on the inside, to never be noticed in the first place.
ReplyDeleteAnonymous is correct. Substances such as grape and beet are used as food safe ink for printing on food.
