Do Russians text in English ?
??why do you ask
If it was Russian, he's saying it should have the Cyrillic characters on the keys of the phones.
??he can read the letters on the keys?
I would like to have this display hanging in my classroom on the first day of school, when I go over my "No phones in class" policy.
You could probably buy old, dead phones by the pound on eBay or something to set up such a display. Be sure to take out any lithium batteries before driving nails, though.
