Hm… When I open this image in Photoshop and take color readings I get small but significant differences in the colors of the background dots.
Same here with Paint Shop Pro. There's even variation within a portion/strip of an exposed circle.
That's probably some distortion caused by the jpg compression. For images like these, a lossless format like png would be preferable. OT: Wow!
it is a jpg and the compression changes the colors, slightly. if it was a bitmap, then the circles could all be the same color.I-)
