Speed camera fail

"Got hit while at a red light, and had my car towed. 4 weeks later I get a speeding ticket in the mail."

    There are also tales of people returning their automatic tolling devices (that communicate via radio with the tolling system) only to be billed for each toll the fedex/UPS truck passed on the way. Did I learn that from TYWKIWDBI? Hm... A search didn't turn it up.
