After watching this video, I wondered when it was that I first viewed color television. Our family was an early adopter of B&W television in about 1950, but I don't recall when I first saw a program in color.

We didn't have a t.v. for a little while when I was a kid. I remember when my parents got the little black and white set in 74 or so. We didn't have a color set until 83 or so which is sort of funny as I became a certified video producer in 81. The local t.v. studio would trust me with an entire video studio for 3 or 4 hours and I was in middle school, it was certainly a different era.
