The very interesting Hotel Flemming in Vienna, Austria a few blocks behind the Rathaus. Recently renovated it turns the word privacy around. Comfortable, but a bit different from standard hotel room.
I had the same layout in the Alexanderplatz Park Inn in Berlin. I had a rain shower though. It was very strange at first.
