City population shifts in the last decade

I am always fascinated by demographi data.  The Washington Post has two scattergraphs showing the ethnic components of population changes in the last decade in this country's 100 largest cities.
Seventy-nine of the nation’s 100 largest cities grew between 2000 and 2010, with Hispanics and Asians moving in to their communities. Even cities that were shrinking in overall population got a boost from ethnic migrations. In the cities that grew, the number of Hispanics increased overall by 26 percent and Asians by 31 percent. In the cities that shrunk, Hispanics increased by 12 percent and Asians by 14 percent.
The data are discussed in this article.
