"Droodles" (doodle/riddles) were created in the 1950s by humorist Roger Price, who also wrote the book/game "Mad Libs." I remember both of them fondly. DeleteThe source has undergone linkrot over the years. Those interested can find answers by typing "droodles" into Google Image search (or request the book from your library). IIRC, #1 was a spider doing a handstand, #3 was a bird who caught a strong worm, and #4 was a man in a bow tie who stood too close to the elevator doors.
